Great Bowl Salad

THINK of an alternative to the usual daily routine of meats. Well, I thought of sharing this piece of recipe that may suit your craving for food!

Vegetable egg salad:

Ingredients:

2 whole eggs
250 grams baguio lettuce
1 medium cucumber
2 medium tomatoes
100 grams broccoli
mayonnaise
3 cups of water
2 cups of ice cubes
2 cups of cold water

Boil the water for three minutes
Place eggs in briskly boiling water for 3 minutes
remove egg
mix ice cubes and cold water in a container
Place the cooked eggs in the cold mix, this is to prevent overcooking and greening of the egg yolk in 5 miutes
cut the eggs thinly about 1/4 of an inch, set aside

Cut the broccoli into medium slices and steam for 3 minutes, remove

wash and cut lettuce and tomatoes

Mix the vegetables in a large bowl and place cook eggs as toppings. Served chilled.
This is good for 3-4 servings.

Recipe ideas can be great with love and care felt while cooking. I can't imagine how much my love one's will love this dish!
